Sim tower is made by the guy who made all the other Sim games (Maxis). Game is not Open Source Project but it is abanded and available for free download.

The target of this one is too build a 100 stories high building, and too finish it with an cathedral on top.
You do this with building offices and hotels, condo's and hotels, cinema's, security and medical centers.
Of course there is more.

Arianne is a multiplayer online engine to develop turn based and real time games providing a simple way of creating the game server rules and clients like Stendhal. Marauroa, our server, uses Java and MySQL for hosting hundreds of players on a solo host.
